IF you want people to stop having abortion's you should do it the hard way, with education, and resources that encourage(and only encourage, not force) safe and responsible sex.
Guarantee this law will be enforced selectively too, Meaning black women will get serious time for it, while white women will just get treated like they made a mistake had extenuating circumstances that justified not punishing them.

I think we should normalize the adoption conversation. There are many people who have kids out of their recklessness and can’t take care of them.
