Exactly, everything from media handling, to on the field coaching was just bad
Jerod Mayo show what he did well as a coach because Detroit had those players. Great answer.
Milton had 29 pass attempts. That's not a "we need to understand this game needs to go one way for us to keep our jobs" gameplan. Gibson should've had at LEAST 30 carries instead of Milton having 29 pass attempts.....OR put in Jacoby when he started to see Milton cooking? He played the third string backup qb whose a rookie and has never thrown a nfl pass until today and backup rbs
like what more could have done to lose this game?
He was green. If you're not gonna train the dude, then why even bother hiring him?
well you don't win the game that loses the number one overall pick. I had Mayo back all year until this.
Kraft is dumb for not stripping If roster management long ago. He killed this franchiseLet me add this, the Pats have a potential star QB in Drake Maye. For people who haven’t watched many Pats games this year, he’s really talented, and he is mobile as well. He has as bright of a future as Daniels & Nix, but they’ve got to start acquiring talent around him soon. You also have to have the right coach to build and develop him. Mayo is a a new HC, that’s never been in this spot before. I think the Pats made a mistake in hiring Mayo, if they intended to draft Maye last year. You need an experienced coach OR a godd offensive coordinator as your coach if you draft a franchise QB. Kraft is dumb for hiring Mayo so quickly. It’s like the Bears sticking with Eberflus, you’re screwing up your potential franchise QB’s development.
Robert Kraft is a great value Jerry jones I’m happy to see his demise
Damn you're trolling the shyt out of meyou brought up the lions 3 wins as some dan campbell had them playing hard and I was like you can't compare teh talent
Goff was already an established QB that had been to teh superbowl on that team.
Mayo had nothing to work with

How about pre-emptively go into the game with a plan where his coaching staff understands the overall gameplan of wanting players to play hard, but calling plays to limit the possibility of victory aka pretend like it's a preseason game?? He's the HC. If he had ANY awareness he'd know his job was on the line then he shouldn't have even allowed it to be close. Him getting fired this fast meant someone clearly told him expectations before the game.
