And how did that work out for her? :rudy:

He isn't just some two bit goon. He ran the whole security operation like a well oiled machine. They damn near had a Swat team. You're underestimating Mike's ability. His judgement of character is impeccable.

Ok.how did mike do when the cartel came in and wrecked shop ? Hell how he do when Walt outsmarted him with gale? Mike isn't god his abilities are replaceable

You are severely over estimating the importance of Mike. Yes he handles distribution, but the mules, trucks, etc. work for him because he pays them. Who is the one putting that $1.2 mill on the table in the first place? Walt could just as easily pay everyone directly without having to deal with Mike or his "legacy cost".

The sole reason Mike is even in the equation, is because he's the "go-between" guy. If they get Lydia on board, or any kinda info on who his mules are, he's done.

Fred.

How else is Walt gonna move weight then? We all saw how he handled business before he got in with Gus. Walt doesnt live on the same planet that everyone does. Hes starting to think hes the end all be all. Look at how hes trying to manipulate everyones thoughts(Jesse, his sister in law) he doesnt like to be questioned(the magnent, and the vote) thats gonna be his downfall imo, hes getting too arrogant since he offed Gus.

Whether or not she succeeded ain't the point....the fact that she tried means she has no loyalty to him. If she ever meets Walt or Jesse (and she obviously does judging by next week's promo) that is one less reason any of them have to associate with Mike.

And yes Gus's security detail was impressive....this ain't that type of operation though. It's hella smaller. They need a few Chris and Snoop caliber street-level goons, and they'd be square.

Street level characters aren't going to keep you from getting caught by the fukking DEA.

I think people are really underestimating Mike. Yeah he is muscle but when I think of him I also see him as someone that's a consigliere. He is more than just hired muscle. Yea he is replaceable but it won't be easy to find someone that could be an adviser and muscle while be as trust worthy.

The money physically being on the table is why Mike mentioned it in the first place. He timed it for that specific moment.

Mike didn't mention the shyt before because he ain't dumb, he set all this up for them, the trucks, mules, distribution, etc., the money is on the table, showing how useful he is, the he's like "oh yeah, legacy cost". That's why he said it at the very end, after everything else.

If he would've called up Walt last ep and said "yeah, I'm in, I can get you methylamine, but my help comes with a $351,000 legacy cost every batch" he would've told him to kick rocks.

Fred.

exactly. walt woulda told him kick rocks, him and jesse cook maybe a batch or 2, then somebody snitches and everybody goes to jail :shaq2: this is classic mike we're watchin... wasn't he first introduced as the guy who cleans up messes??? well he's cleanin up all of walt's fukkery right now. yall nikkas are straight comedy. walt has been mindfukkin the shyt outta jesse the entire season and yall don't give a damn about that, but the moment mike does EXACTLY what needs to be done to keep everyone on the streets, gettin fed, without the heat on they back its ":ohhh: damn thats wrong, he know he coulda said somethin"-- :dead: he's conductin business with an narcissistic sociopath right now... aint no tender way about it.

oh and btw i just realized jesse "disobeyed" walt not once, but twice. the first time was when walt aint wanna pay all that money for distribution and jesse was like "chill, we still cleared a million". and the second time was when he offered his money to pay for the legacy shyt. mike got the juice now :skip:

If Walt trusted Jesse and his guys, Mike would not even be in the picture. I'm not sure why Walt doesn't find someone else. This feels like sloppy writing, because nothing is forcing Walt to work with Mike.

If Walt told him to kick rocks Mike would've been dead/in jail because his boys would've snitched on him, and/or killed him. As far as we know none of them even know who Walt and Jesse is. By Lydia's own admission she "never met the chemists", and their names weren't on the list.

So :wtf: at people acting like they all don't currently need each other. Mike needs Walt and Jesse for their money, they need him for his connections. The difference is, they can get new connections a hell of a lot easier than he can get his legacy cost.

Breh we just debating tv no need for the name calling its all just conversatIon.
You guys making it seem like mike can't he touched. I just think he can be replaced :yeshrug:

Its comical if anyone says that about Mike.

Its crazy people are saying Mike is worrying about jail, when the Gus' laptop pretty much meant he was done. Mike can disappear anytime he wants.

:wtf: at the bolded.

No Mike, no Lydia, no methylamine. No methylamine, no operation. They definitely have to work with Mike for the time being. They currently have no plan b.
