Many black people work in corrections, so depending on the location, a well-organized cover up could be possible... at least long enough for the people involved to flee the country. I think the powers that be in this nation have indoctrinated the masses into believing that when people say or imply something is a conspiracy to consider them crazy or a tin-foil hat thinker to dispel any critical thinking so people dont figure out the real reason why something happened.
