I don't really have a routine. I basically just go the gym for 2 hours and work out. I think that's part of the problem. You got a suggestion for a routine? I basically wanna lose the fat on my stomach and bulk up the rest of my body.
i lift 4 times a week
tuesday-lower body (i throw in a a few upper body exercises on this day cuz its hard for me to squeeze them in 2 workouts)
thursday-upper body
saturyda-lower body
sunday-upper body
a lot of guys on here are having really good results with the PHAT routine

just get a plan. anything will be better than you hitting the gym and just doing random stuff.
