I took like 3 months off lifting after I got bitten by a pitbull at work, on top of regular life shyt getting in the way, and I've fallen apart.

Finally back in the swing of getting my lifts in regular though. Hope to get back to where I was going and then some.

I need to do a ton of work on my chest. Lack of access to a bench has forced me to stick with pushups, etc and it's coming along slowly. Need to lose the excess bad weight I've been putting on

Do plyometric pushups and hip pushups. You won't go past 6 reps :youngsabo:

definitely an efficient bulk, id say roughly the same BF% in both pics tho

definitely gained good mass, start working the legs tho :mjpls: dont let MMS beat you in the leg department

Its messed up because when I do legs my butt gets huge but my inner thighs stay small..

Realized the last pic didn't upload right. Still have a lot of work to do. Wanna bulk my chest up before I try to do any kind of cutting

What did you eat during your bulk? I cant gain weight for shyt. 20lbs in 3 months would be perfect for me.
