I took like 3 months off lifting after I got bitten by a pitbull at work, on top of regular life shyt getting in the way, and I've fallen apart.
Finally back in the swing of getting my lifts in regular though. Hope to get back to where I was going and then some.
I need to do a ton of work on my chest. Lack of access to a bench has forced me to stick with pushups, etc and it's coming along slowly. Need to lose the excess bad weight I've been putting on
