cut body fut but build size in shoulders and upper chest for proportions sake.

your chest and shoulder exercises should be high rep to near failure with little rest in between

I get my new apartment Friday so I'll start next week going back to heavy weights..this light shyt the past month isn't cutting it. I'll bulk 10 more pounds then cut.

you are in proportion but you look underweight for a non teenager. you need to focus on the deadlift and squat and get your strength up in those. it will make you build muscle faster than anything else and you will gain all over.

**** that cutting stuff for now. it takes more effort/energy to build appreciable muscle than to burn a little fat and you already have your abs showing. start trying to become a beast instead of going after that ripped twig look.

Decent I guess. I wanna get bigger and more bulky but that shyt hard as hell with my fast metabolism. But at the same time I need to lose the fat around my waist cuz I don't have any abs.

I got a lot of work to do :sadbron:

no hate, but if your metabolism is so fast, i'd think you'd be leaner :yeshrug:

you should cut first. if you bulk you will more than likely get fatter. maybe you should try to lose a few lbs, but minimize strength loss as much as possible.

I know you would think I'd be a little leaner but no matter what I eat and how much I work out I pretty much stay this size. I guess trying to cut first would be the best option though. What's the best way to cut without losing too much strength/muscle?

I haven't really put much into the whole diet/supplement part. A lot of it's been because I'm not sure if I should be cutting to lose body fat or bulking because I wanna be bigger. I need to do both really.

I've been kinda just working out without a regimen or a routine (for my diet or workouts).

I need your advice brehs :to:

lifting is gonna be constant for both. Its diet that influences each side

I don't really have a routine. I basically just go the gym for 2 hours and work out. I think that's part of the problem. You got a suggestion for a routine? I basically wanna lose the fat on my stomach and bulk up the rest of my body.

you should try to get a gram of protein per lb of bodyweight, lift heavy in the 5-8rep range and reduce your calories to the point where you're losing 1-2lbs a week. if you're losing inches off your waist and not losing a lot of strength, then you're on the right track

do you wanna be cut right now, or cut later :manny:

the biggest misconception about bulking is that you can put a ton of weight on bulking(quality muscle weight)

the fact of the matter is if you have a history of lifting, you arent going to put on more than 4lbs of muscle a month

anything else WILL be fat.(unless you restrict your diet such that you dont eat more than you need)
