How are my thighs looking in proportion to my upper body...? Regardless I am not impressed with my chest...I'm thinking a 20lbs. bulk is needed.
Decent I guess. I wanna get bigger and more bulky but that shyt hard as hell with my fast metabolism. But at the same time I need to lose the fat around my waist cuz I don't have any abs.

no hate, but if your metabolism is so fast, i'd think you'd be leaner
you should cut first. if you bulk you will more than likely get fatter. maybe you should try to lose a few lbs, but minimize strength loss as much as possible.
Boobs?Seems like all you need to do is cut your boobs into pecs and tone stomach area and you'd be set.

I haven't really put much into the whole diet/supplement part. A lot of it's been because I'm not sure if I should be cutting to lose body fat or bulking because I wanna be bigger. I need to do both really.
I've been kinda just working out without a regimen or a routine (for my diet or workouts).

whats your routine? your shoulders look kinda small relative to your chest?

I know you would think I'd be a little leaner but no matter what I eat and how much I work out I pretty much stay this size. I guess trying to cut first would be the best option though. What's the best way to cut without losing too much strength/muscle?
