What did you eat during your bulk? I cant gain weight for shyt. 20lbs in 3 months would be perfect for me.
I was eating at a 700-1000 Calorie Surplus...
Proteins: Chicken, Egg Whites, Ate Ground turkey meat instead of Ground Beef...
Carbs: Steel Cut Oats, Wheat Toast
Fruits: Blackberrys, Blueberries, Bananas, cantaloupe, watermelon
Veggies: Lots of Salads with Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Avacados
Snacks: Walnuts, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, Dark Chocolate Bar
Once ever couple weeks I ate a large meal from Wendy's to keep a little fat on me...

Yeah I know, for like a week I'll do good and eat alot and then the next week I'll be madd busy and only eat like 2 meals in the day & basically fukk up all the progress I made the week before. But fukk that, startin this Monday I'ma be on it, my boys are all gettin bigger than me, I'm just more cut & have a waaaay bigger chest than them.thats why you cant gain weight bruh, you barely eat.
