Got any tips on how I can get my obliques to look more defined, and what I should be doing to hit the lower abs?:ld:

reduce overall bodyfat :manny:

for ya butt, romanian deadlifts and/or regular deadlifts and squats

Do you use dumbell or barbell for bench? Whichever one you are using switch it up and go heavier. Even if you get less reps.

Could be the angle but the legs look like they need work, nothing ATG squats and deads can't fix tho.

I see strong potential in you breh, I had a similar frame but skinnier with less traps. I see gawd status in your future. :smugdraper:

Yeah do some dumbell presses and work on your triceps to bulk up your arms.

How long have you been training for?

Arms are actually pretty big...maybe bad pic angle...I started in August gaining from 160 something. I am usually doing dumbbell presses. I will start going heavy again...the past month I have been going light trying to heal my rotator cuff.

is you goal to bulk or cut :manny:

if i was in your shoes, id cut

you arent in bad shape by any stretch so imo i would refocus some more effort into your legs and just go on a 300-500cal deficit for 2-3 months

cut body fut but build size in shoulders and upper chest for proportions sake.

your chest and shoulder exercises should be high rep to near failure with little rest in between
