Not sure, haven't checked lately (don't really know how to take it myself), but I take a medication for it. Was running in the 140s/150s without meds. Runs in my fam, dad is average weight and had BP problems since he was young.


I'm 5'9 and about 160lbs and have never had weight problems. Diet is aight, could stand to exercise more. That said I get pretty nervous around doctors so IDK how accurate those readings are.


Funny thing is, my younger sister weighs about 70lbs more than me and has always struggled with her weight, and her BP is fine. Genetics is a bytch.
