I Have no opinion on this. White people believing that a talented tenth of black people need to maintain an elite society is supposed to be offensive to me?

How? At least they were training them to be something rather than being replaced today by foreigners.

I’m still not sure how this relates to black people not pushing their educated elite to the forefront of society instead of entertainers and athletes.

I don’t know about the separation of the wheat from the chaff as far as jack and Jill is concerned, but it probably depended on what state you were in
