The thing is, it’s obvious when a woman has kids, because they usually live with her. A man can have 3 kids, and none of them live with him, so he has the freedom, and ability to move like he doesn’t have kids.
This cartoon seems like projection, because I doubt that many men are saying these things to women on a first date. Women are usually the ones interrogating about the future, and credentials, when men are trying to get to know the woman.
