Rivera needs to pump the brakes. He could easily end up in Dallas and be infinitely in a better position to succeed.

Looking at how the Panthers somehow got even worse after him leaving should tell you all you need to know about that. Ya not winning too many games with Kyle Allen, no matter how many niccas was dikkriding after a solid game or 2. That roster fell the fucc off, especially on defense the past few years.

Plus, Carolina never wanted to committe to a rebuild. The Saints fell flat on their face in 2014 and went soft rebuild in 2015-2016. They fired their scouting department. Brought in a new head of scouting. Accumulated picks. Didn't draft luxury players. The highest drafted offensive weapon was Michael Thomas in the 2nd round.
