Rivera's a good coach. Sometimes things just run their course, he was in Carolina for 9 full seasons.

I can almost guarantee the guy they hire to replace Ron won't be there 9 seasons, but they have a new owner and he wants to hire HIS guy not have someone he inherited, which makes sense
