Freddy never said or did the right shyt for a young new coach to earn himself a grace period. Never said the right shyt in a post game presser. Should've went ahead and gave the play calling abilities to another coach- its takes some of the pressure off you. Too much Baker poppin' off at the mouth in the media. Too many games where OBJ didn't get the ball, etc. New coaches have to play that button down role early on just to establish themselves so its not a one-and-done hiring. He made it too easy for the media and fans to rip him and his methods. He even was the perfect scapegoat for the front office and owner.

Well... Dorsey put this baby together:
He drafted baker, traded for OBJ, Landry, drafted chubb brought in kareem hunt, etc... He has done a good job with players but not the coaches. Kitchens lost the team, they couldn't bring him back.

They honestly should've kept Gregg Williams, BUT the problem is to echo what SAS said, Baker has has more commercials than he has wins. Baker wanted his guy Kitchens and that failed miserably.

What happened to Marvin Lewis smh

For my 'skins. I like Marvin Lewis OVER Rivera. Rivera has NOT done anything to warrant control. Rivera is a latino version of Jeff Fisher, he looks the part but he isn't a in game adjuster. He's supposed to be a defensive guy so who he picks as an offensive cord will be important because they have to develop Dewayne Haskins(who I don't believe in).

With Adrian Peterson's money problems he has to continue to play and I saw no drop in production. Darius Guice is too damn brittle, one of he first things to do is resign AD...

I also would like Hue Jackson as a possible OC for 'skins...

Idk, Rivera has some playoff runs behind him. Skins need to get back in it otherwise no new stadium @RFK. I see you're point, but look at it from Snyder's point of view: the Ravens are taking over the DMV.

Fed ex field is one of the worse stadiums in the NFL. Its so old, dated, the restrooms, etc.... Right now the tax payers will not fit that bill for a new stadium..

The only good thing with a potential rivera hire would be he would let his OC run the offense. Just no continuity with organization, its horrible..
