The rumor is that as of 3 weeks ago the organization was going to stand behind him and keep him
then they had 3 straight losses to the Cardinals, Ravens and Bengals.
I want Rhule But that may hinge on Gettleman being gone tooShurm Gone

He's from here, so it makes sense. Worried about the pressure though.I got an alert saying Rhule is an early Fave
Agreed. Getts needs to go though.McCarthy makes the most sense
I think ron wants to be GM too this time around. I think the experience with Hurney and Cam's situation soured him on just being a coach.Give Ron a competent GM and he’ll turn the Skins around
The four times he made the playoffs, Gettleman was the GM, the five times he missed it, Hurney was there
Looks like AJ Smith’s son who’s the head of College Scouting will be promoted to GMHow are they hiring a coach without a GM or POFO??
I don’t think any coach will get Coach/GM responsibilities again. It’s too much work, each of those jobs are time consuming enough. Like you said, he’ll probably get finally say on the 53, but just bring in someone that has similar vision in the types of players he wantsI think ron wants to be GM too this time around. Need to get back to a 4-3. I know most teams play nickel on most downs because the league is pass happy but we cant waste this front 7. Ron has his issues (in game clock management, extremely loyal to assistants, etc.) but I always respected that his teams never quit on him. His players are loyal to him and rarely have anything negative to say about him; you can see the team basically gave up after he got fired. Injuries at key positions screwed his last two seasons in Carolina. He’s a good coach and the Skins have talent on defense, wouldn’t be surprised if they’re a top 10 defense next season
Great point. It is too time consuming, I don't know how Lewis and Beli did it for 15 + years to be honest. I think he'll get 9-10 wins next year which is enough to increase buzz but Haskins needs playmakers and a good line. He'll have to realize he needs to make tough decisions if he wants all that power.I don’t think any coach will get Coach/GM responsibilities again. Hopefully Kerrigan and them show up for more then 10 games this year then. Can't rely on AP for everything.Need to get back to a 4-3. I know most teams play nickel on most downs because the league is pass happy but we cant waste this front 7. They have great potential
