Not that Gregg Williams is Belichick or anything, but they were doing good with him (well good for the Browns) as the interim coach so I was kinda surprised they didn't make him the full time coach after last year :manny:

Anyways, my favourite play of the Freddie Kitchens era was the draw play on 4th and 9 :mjlol:

They think Ron gonna win with a team with less talent than he had in Carolina, during these bum ass last 2 years. :russ: We fired him for a reason. He ain't the type of coach to do good with average talent.

The rumor I'm seeing is that Redskins Director of College Scouting, Kyle Smith (he's 35 years old and son of AJ Smith, Chargers old GM when Rivera was in SD) would be promoted to GM and Bruce Allen would be replaced by Eric Schaffer who's Senior VP, Football Operations.

If this is true, then I guess I see why they are so hell bent on Ron.

So Ron would have roster control then. Interesting to see what happens with Norman.

I’ll never get when a coach get fires cuz he team sucks dies another team jump right up trying to get him

Teams are at different life cycles.

Fans and top level franchises can operate on the title or bust mantra, but for some of these franchises just being competitive again is a large step in the right direction, especially financially.

That’s why the Bengals kept Lewis around for so long because they had made this realization.
