So it all boiled down to saving wendy. McAfee that dude got it bad for wendy. I thought she was bout to give him some at first.
Poor doctor went down for trying to help the law. That dude chuck don't deserve shyt. I hope he's never governor.

What's crazy is it's really chucks and axes in the world moving like this. All the lawyers crooked except connerty. Even baby Clair Huxtable then chose to say fukk the law.

But dam that party at axe house was breezy. House full of ladies drinks and viagra on silver platters. Exactly what I'd be doing if I was billionaire.

More then likely it was xtc

I chalk it up to the same writing dilemma as Power. The writers treated the first season like it was their last and season 2 was their opportunity to go all out. When they got picked up for season 3 they really didn't know what to do.

The whole premise of the show and what made it intriguing was the whole Chuck vs. Axe dynamic. It got muddled this season. And after this episode, that conflict seems to be dead.

Where will the new crisis come from?

As for Axe's wife, she's rich and has 2 kids. If its over its over :manny:

It looks like a retcon... it’s gonna be Connerty vs Chuck and Axe vs Taylor. It was sloppily done tho.

He would have to go at them a different way. That's inside trading charge is DOA. Wendy's phone records were changed, and the doctor copped to everything.

Everyone that has some involvement has too much to lose.

Connerty's only hope is to go to Guatemala and find that housekeeper :dead: but even that won't do much :russ:

Man...

I think I’m done with this show. It carries itself like an A/A+ show but like most shyt on Showtime it’s C+/B- at best.

The White Guy Movie or Ivy League Intro To History/Philosophy references coming from every character, the weirdly overly masculine tone - I can basically see the room full of 45 year old white dudes who write this shyt with every line and every scene.

I just find myself annoyed by it by the 10th minute of every episode.

I remember in season 1 I described it as a show within a show written by Johnny Drama from Entourage, and sure, at times it has gotten slightly more entertaining, but it’s still the same.

In Hip-Hop we’ve got “smart dumb nikkas”, to me, Billions is the “smart dumb nikkas” of shows.

This shyt is trash now. The writing is terrible. These nikkas really had a conversation in a judge's chambers using pasta doneness as a metaphor. :dahell:

The new direction of the show doesn't have the same panache (see they got me using words like them). This pivot was sloppily done... the amount of things that had to go right to get the trial dismissed. Wendy seducing Mafee. :dahell: Hacking cell phone records. :dahell: Framing the doc. :dahell: The list goes on... Way too many people had to be involved for that shyt to go smoothly.

Connerty vs Chuck is a weak plot because Connerty has been getting sonned at every turn. At least when Chuck got sonned you got a W to offset it.

Taylor vs. Axe isn't interesting. She's more likely to just leave than try to battle Axe.

The Chuck vs. Axe conflict was the draw of the show. Making them work together for Wendy was the equivalent of the Fonz doing a triple backflip over that shark.

I'm serious brehs, I might be done watching after this season. I know when to to quit a show while the getting's good. I bounced on Dexter, Lost, Weeds, and The Walking Dead before it got too late.

That sex scene:ohhh:

Taylor was lookin kinda right. Dem wqs definitely some tittys

It made me sad to see I had bigger titties.

Wait, I thought Taylor was:dwillhuh::huhldup::picard::dahell:

Really did not NEED that Taylor "love" scene.. most random moment in a show, lol. at least it re-directed from her robotic tone and mannerisms. But still.. and other dude in those scenes has the worst inflections.. voice is so montone. So I guess there is someone out there for everyone..

Makes sense some weirdo Silicon Valley nerd would be attracted to Taylor

My mind went to a weird place were I was half expecting that they were both opposite transgenders.

Those titties were perky :manny:

Taylor having sex, shyt made me look away :hhh:,

Great episode tho :ehh:

:mindblown:

and

:scusthov:

that was up there with the rosie o'donnel sex scene from SMILF. showtime, did NOT need to have us see this.

when shameless coming back so I can see some REAL titties :takedat:

I don't know if I missed it, but why is axe split up from his wife and fam? he didn't fukk any other hoes. is it strictly due to him potentially going to jail and/or losing a lot of his money?

nah, she got all mad that he lied about Wendy coming back to axe cap. lied about it being his idea for them to not have sessions. then Wendy came over to the crib for his bday party and told Lara what the real story was.

apparently he had never lied to her before, and it only took 1 lie to break up their entire marriage.

That's understandable though. He can have any woman he wants, so there's nothing stopping him from cheating. The 2 1/2 seasons explored their relationship and their trust. I'm assuming, once he broke it that was 1/2 of why she left him.

The other half, is the fact that having Wendy working for Axe brought upon some of the issues he going through now. She couldn't deal with that anymore :manny:
