And Eminem is the reason Andre 3000 got more love and is wayy more popular than big boi. That's where it started obviously. Like what are we even talking about here?

This site has too many Nas dikkriders. You'll get laughed at out here in the West, if you even dare say that boring ass nikka was on cube's level. Of course white people put him at 3. He's the safe choice. Nas ain't never had an album that resonated with black America like amw or death certificate. And he defended Gwenth paltrow saying the n word. fukk outta here
I’m from the west, Nas the GOAT.

Yet, Kurupt was listed by Eminem as well and he rarely makes lists like this. You have Redman and Jadakiss near the bottom of the list, but he was Em's Top 5. Again, Andre has been placed on a pedestal since the 90's.

Eminem should not be top 5.... Half the black people mentioning him in these blog comments have not listened to even 75% of his discography, and haven not listens to his last album just think it’s a cool thing to say, media brainwashing is real and I blame the pioneers partly for running with it.

If Nas and Jay had a body of work as patch they would not be constantly named in top 3-5 simple as that.

usually these lists are bad, but this might be the worst list ive seen
As far as mainstream publications go, it ain't that bad

Bar Nicki, the top 10 looks eerie similar to shyt you see on social media and reddit
You wanna see bad? Just wait till Rolling Stone does their list. They're gonna have Cardi and Megan top 10:pachaha:

This isn't a cac list at least not mostly. This list was compiled by majority Black writers and I know Datwon Thomas has been in Hip Hop journalism for decades.

From there, the teams took into account the following criteria, not in any particular order: body of work/achievements (charted singles/albums, gold/platinum certifications), cultural impact/influence (how the artist’s work fostered the genre’s evolution), longevity (years at the mic), lyrics (storytelling skills) and flow (vocal prowess

:snoop: Kendrick ahead of Nas and Jigga at #1 AND EMINEM IN THE TOP 5 GTFOH

I just checked this and right before they even gave the list they say they not counting Slick Rick because they are only counting North America. Wtf? Are they dumb? Where the fukk do they think Slick Rick was rappin? These clowns clearly don’t know what the fukk they talking about.

Now this is bogus. I feel like this was just lazy on their part. Slick Rick is too important to be left off of a list like this because of some dumb technicality like he's Giggs or Dizzee Rascall. This is Slick Rick who is the template for storytelling in rap.
