I'm not sure what this thread is about now.

Are you people suggesting that Bill de Blasio married a black woman for political points?
Black people are like 10% of the population. If you're trying to win an election, that's not gonna do it.

:beli:

Actually, in NYC it seems black people are 25%.
Still, I think it's silly.

Well see, I have an apt conveniently located near the 4 and the D :ahh:. Paying less than a G with better access to manhattan than some people in manhattan.

But the way I see it, When East NY falls and the other places where the poor live in other borrough, those people will continue to flood the BX and that will raise the cost.

That's what I expect
Think any of them apartments left? :patrice:

That's what smart nigggas do in general. Go wild, get that anal, nut in that white p*ssy, go all in. But marry a black woman. Marry someone that will challenge you and not just be happy to be married to a a guy because he got money. $$$ makes a black niggga a green niggga

And that quality is dependent on the color of ones skin? For the sake of playing devils advocate, do you have any idea what racial makeup of the cast of Basketball Wives is? There are conniving women period, and given the state of black America, building and instilling a pride of self is ideal, and marrying & building within your race does further help in that regard, but it's not and dry, nor should any black man or woman be obligated or shamed into not dating outside of their race.

We have always been harder on black men in the community. Especially since the early 1990's, when the athletes started to go global. These dude kind of left black women behind.

I'm not sure how the masses continue to eat lies like this up, but it's a crock. Black athletes, actors, musicians, lawyers, doctors, - they all marry within their race more than not, This is a fact. People only notice black men with women of other races because that is who they're focused on being angry about, instead of focusing on the brother who did marry someone his color. No one ever focuses on the KGs and Lebrons. Instead, you're worried about Tiger Woods who is an outlier. It's not really the peoples fault - the media shows them the images of non-black women with their respective husbands, and in turn the people perpetuate this stereotype of succuessful black men marrying or building with white, Asian, or hispanic women.

Again, Blacks aren't unlike any other race as it pertains to marrying within their own people, so why this nonexistent "issue" is consistently used as a talking point is senseless. The bigger issue at hand is blacks as a whole receiving sub-par education, facing discrimination & prejudice in the work place & in the court rooms that goes unchecked, a senseless ongoing gender war, an anti-intellectual culture - which leads to black children having no role models to aspire to be outside of Nikki Minaj, Lebron James, or Lil' Wayne, and children not having a strong family structure due to out-of-wedlock births.

That's the problem, not the miniscule amount of black men who choose to procreate and marry someone of a different color.

Various places in the Bronx that you probobly have to take a bus to the train. I pay more but I'm by 2 express trains that get me to the east side or west side in 20 mins

I check Craigslist every where they be having some amazing deals pop up

Yeah, I can't do that living away from the train life, but I guess people have to compensate now.

LOL Even that will collapse in the next decade. There are only so many rich people that will tolerate that cost of living before moving on to the next big city. On top of the working/ middle class workers needed to operate small businesses and operate public services.
LOL it's true if middle class can no longer afford to live in the city or even commute there shyt will not get done and the local economy will hit a down turn. Bloomberg never had the foresight... but then again dude made like 30+ billion while in office. His sole purpose was to generate revenue for him and his cronies by using his position in office.

Sadly, the BX is the only shyt that's left but the motherfukkas living there flat out don't realize it. Riverdale and Pelham are their own thing and essential isolated from the rest of the BX, which is hood as fukk but has TONS of valuable land. Folks flat out are oblivious. It will be damn near impossible to Brooklyn-ize the BX because it's too damn large and deeply ratchet.

Politicians here are interested in the photo Ops and perks. If they cared, shyt woulda been changed.
Everybody is being pushed to the bx and east new york and the ville. A lot of people are just leaving for the PA our the south. shyt is a damn shame.

The city will go to hell with him ........ it took guiliani and bloomberg to clean up the city from all the fukkery created by their by their liberal democratic predecessors........ let the democrats run the country as a whole and let the republicans and conservative independents govern the cities and the states.
