It's a hypothetical question, in a vacuum, given the current voting record of both parties in the last 6 years, would you rather the Republican party remain in complete control or the Democratic party.

Simple question, either Republican or Democrat. I will answer to show you, I would choose the Democratic party to remain in complete control. Which party would you select for complete control, in a vacuum, with the current platform and voting record?

Trump packing the courts is significantly more sinister than most will make it out to be. These guys will sit in these positions until they decide to retire. So in the event that something on racial grounds is appealed to them, as young white conservatives, appointed by Trump, they will set precedent when they rule one way or the other, and they will always rule in favor of conservative values.

So if a state, most likely a red state, decides that the black vote is too powerful, they will draw up district lines to weaken the vote, this has been done countless times, to combat, someone on the opposing side takes it to the courts, and the courts will decide if the new map should stand or not. So when it's the white Trump appointees, they will rule in favor of maps drawn to weaken the black vote.

I don't understand why one would seek to defend Republicans here, they are 100% targeting black people, weakening the black vote, it's happening right before our eyes, and the conservative dominate SCOTUS allows it happen. If anyone is wondering why I ask it. If I were to ask someone, specifically the both sides crowd, to choose between the Nazi Party and the current SDP (Germany) for complete control of America, they would, at least I hope, choose the SDP over the Nazi Party. Why? Because they should easily be able to discern on an elementary utilitarian approach, the possible net harm and net positive of both parties for black people, and reasonably answer that the current SDP would be their choice.

Now, if an individual can't answer between the Republican party or the Democratic party, this either means they can't discern the difference between the two due to their lack of knowledge on the topic or they refuse to discern the difference between the two because they are acting in bad faith.

The first reason for not engaging is understandable and I suppose it can be corrected, although I don't care to, the second reason means they aren't worthy of engagement and you can proceed from there.

If it's the case they don't understand the purpose of a hypothetical, well good luck engaging with that person in any reasonable manner.

I'm mean it's cool and all to have black judges but most of them are still going to back the state/white supremacy. It's like being happy having more black police officers when they can be just as bad as white cops.

I guess if it inspires more black people to go into law, cool and it's nice to have more representation on the courts.
