Clarence Thomas is a Black judge. Maybe you should demand actual policy and not get so caught up in identity.
Who are these judges and what is their records on improving the conditions of the Black people in their districts?
Trump packing the courts is significantly more sinister than most will make it out to be. These guys will sit in these positions until they decide to retire. So in the event that something on racial grounds is appealed to them, as young white conservatives, appointed by Trump, they will set precedent when they rule one way or the other, and they will always rule in favor of conservative values.
So if a state, most likely a red state, decides that the black vote is too powerful, they will draw up district lines to weaken the vote, this has been done countless times, to combat, someone on the opposing side takes it to the courts, and the courts will decide if the new map should stand or not. So when it's the white Trump appointees, they will rule in favor of maps drawn to weaken the black vote.

I don't understand why one would seek to defend Republicans here, they are 100% targeting black people, weakening the black vote, it's happening right before our eyes, and the conservative dominate SCOTUS allows it happen. When you understand shyt like this, you can see why any "both sides" people come off as incredibly stupid, because the Republican party is constantly working at the judiciary level to fukk over black people, examples are easy to find. So the only people that would argue otherwise, either seek to fukk over black people as well or they don't read anything.
