What's bad about this area called Chatsworth? From what I've read, it seems like no one is a fan of this area. Is it just a boring part of LA or something?
They shoot a lot of pornos out there, or used too.

But it's garbage.... Either head towards Northridge / Granada Hills which is straight, or south to woodland hills / west hills....

man its in the valley, but hella far from LA central, its near the end of the valley when you start getting into a totally different county (ventura). Its all suburb, but like the boring kinda suburb. families and shyt, no action, lotta cacs and mexicans. I always tell people to stay south of Magnolia, Victory blvd at the most if you're tight on funds.

yeah that's the main reason lol. i need to feel the OCEAN BREEZE. i'm sick of the humidity and plain landscape.

SM is the move Breh, nice condos right by the ocean, people ride bikes everywhere , cool lil bars, some dope spots in nearby culver city. Wake up to the Pacific Ocean everyday fukk livin 30 miles from the ocean.

These nikkas is speaking from the perspective of what's affordable to the average person. You making 80 racks and your expenses ain't out if control you can live where you want.

Oh OK, I've only been to LA once but that was way back in '01.

From what you see on TV as an outsider, you'd think the whole city was poppin'.

N1gga 01 :dahell: I could tell you a bunch of shyt that changed since 2012.....

But nah the whole city isn't live per se...Especially in parts of the valley. The valley is actually kind of dead, but it's a relatively nice and safe place to live. Good schools, low crime, quiet etc...

But at the same time it's very accessible to reach areas of LA that are popping with a great night life....

Traffic is something in LA which can't ever be overlooked. Convenience is what the valley provides, otherwise every single outing, such as picking up milk from the store becomes a mission within itself ducking and dodging through traffic, then struggling to find a parking space...

This man speaks the truth, its the reason I moved from Hollywood to North Hollywood. Hollywood was fun and all, so many wild stories, its poppin, but man, that traffic is skressful. I actually started smoking cigs at the age of 23 because of it. :wow:

lol that was my point....I don't really know too much about LA and like all major cities, it drastically changes all the time.

I don't think I'd move to the states again but the company I'm gonna start working for has branches all over Cali including LA and it just crossed my mind what part I'd move to if I ever decided to relocate out there on a temporary basis. I don't mind a quiet burb as long as it's not too far from the action and the crime rate isn't too high and I don't stand out like a sore thumb as a black male.

Ahh iight. The valley is close enough to the action. (5-10 minutes away, if that)

Crime rate is low, in the all the areas that have been dropped in this discussion this thus far...

You will stick out like a sore thumb. There are black people out here though, many of whom are professionals of some sort. Thus the ability to afford higher income housing. There's white trash out here as well, never understood how they aren't priced out....

But LA period has seen a reduction in Blacks. Many blacks have been priced out to Altadena, Pasadena, Palmdale, Riverside, Lancaster

^^ stay the fukk away from these areas....
