work downtown, a friend recommended studio city but she's a white chick.move to the valley breh, depends on where you work though. but if you want to have a good amount of space relative to the money you're spending, i'd say the valley.

i'd honestly probably still say the valley. traffic is gonna wreck you regardless, but at least this way you'll have money for a nicer car and more disposable income. you're crib will probably have a terrace/balcony, parking, possibly a pool.
when you get on your "i don't need a gps" shyt, you'll be able to go from downtown to the valley without even getting on the 405. shout out to them canyons.... plus thats some spirited driving right there
definitely do research though, you never know what you're gonna find.
@ living in environments that don't really get all 4 seasons. That ain't life. I can get p*ssy at a high rate in any environment or location. I don't need sand, palm trees, or the sun to help me get it.
this is the area I'm from. Man speaks truth.living in the studio city/north hollywood//universal/toluca lake area is a good look. you got restaurants, bars, shopping, all within a few mins....hollywood is 10 mins away. this is area is the mecca for backup dancers in the industry...so you always see eye candy walking to the dance studios in the noho arts district. you get more for your money in terms of rent. you can hop on the metro red line and be downtown in 15 mins.
