Sounds like you rationalizing it, Show me where DC/WB stated their goals for this movie? Only dudes on here with that shyt throwing shyt against the wall hoping it will stick...this movie is STILL earning...you talking like 830 is the final number just like 400mil opening weekend wasnt the final numbers or the 600mil wasnt nor 700mil..this movie still earning...what you nikkas talking bout man lol 830mil AND counting...see you at 900mil breh

They don't have to state it.It's Batman & Superman. This was supposed to do Avengers numbers.

It's not really all that hard to hit a billion nowadays.900 mill is still :ld:for a movie of this stature(conceptually).

Like I said, should've been up there in the 1.3-1.5 billy area

nothing in that video was funny you idiot

It wasnt about whether it was funny or not funny:snoop:

JESUS CHRIST MAN!!! Does it have to be SPELLED OUT FOR YOU!! It was more about how all was said was FACTUAL and the TRUTH. That in itself if anything makes it funny regardless of whether it was meant to be funny or not:dahell:

Why limit it to comic book films? 13 movies have made a billion in the last 5 years. The spread of 3d and IMAX has made it so shyt like Furious 7 can make a billion.

There's been like 20 in history. BvS is already in the top 50 all-time ever. It's climbing that chart every day.

Furious 7 didn't make a billion. It made over 1.5 billion. It made more than Age of Ultron. It also wasn't even available in IMAX and 3D around the world. In most countries it wasn't in those formats. So you don't know what you're talking about :manny:

Under a billion is a disappoint, I don't think anyone would argue there but it's far from a financial failure. 900 million (to me) is :ehh: especially given the critical reception and how folks kept saying the film would only pull 830 WW.

As 'Furious 7' Crosses $300 Million Domestic, Thoughts On D-Box

What’s noteworthy is that Furious 7 is the (somewhat) rare film in this day-and-age to cross $300 million+ in America without 3D. But that doesn’t mean it didn’t have enhancements. In fact, looking at the theatrical landscape, theatrical movie going is quickly turning into an equivalent of “Choose Your Own Adventure.” You can’t see Furious 7 in 3D in America (althoughit is being shown in 3D in certain international markets, such as India), you can see it in D-Box.

Actually people like McWeeny were saying it'd only do $700M-$750M so they been moving the goalposts all along. :ehh:
Now it's 850 to 875 :skip:

I personally thought it was in the 1 to 1.2 billion but now I'm saying 915 to 935. Seeing those Monday and Tuesday numbers this week and comparing them to films that made a billion got me like

in this reality the movie was a HUGE hit..wtf is dude smoking? !...800mil with more to come isnt some failure..cats on here are weird as hell...did you expect it to make 400mil every weekend for the next 3 years? Movies have a gradual decline, why would this movie be any different....in what world does a movie sitting damn near a bil equal failure?...how do you measure your success in the real world? By how many nikkas(critics) give you props or by your banks account? I think WB/DC will be ok...nikkas been here since opening weekend praying for this movie to fail..and it just keeps collecting...its a beautiful thing

This is just like two years ago when people were telling me that second Spider-Man movie was a hit and success because it made $700M when it underperformed and was meant to make over $1b just like with this movie. Sony ended up throwing that franchise in the bushes :mjlol:

Flash looked like a hispter. Im good

I admit. Ww was good in the small role she was in. But it didnt make me interested in her origins
I just like the Flash (huge fan actually) and Wonder Woman. I really want to see her film especially since I don't know much about her as a character as far as origins or villians go.
