Don't know why people are that excited for Johns. Running TV and doing films are two very different things as evidenced by Greg Berlanti.

As for what that poster was talking about in regards to another DC film, I'm assuming he means Suicide Squad. They are rumors that the film is a bit of a mess, in particular the third act. That's supposedly what the reshoots were for.

Which is why they brought in Berg. They're obviously going to work towards their strengths, Geoff mainly handling the storylines and characters while Berg handles the budget, actors, & directors.

I don't see how this is a negative. I'm happy they're breaking apart that "brain trust". It's a common reaction in any business to shuffle leadership. You're dealing with investors and a five year pipeline of movies, toys and other products. Why risk fukking all that bread? Especially when Wonder Woman and Bats got so much love.

I hope it works out but it may end up being a case of too many cooks in the kitchen. You got two people reporting to two other different people.

From what this dude is saying, it might not mean much at all

okay then this is good news i suppose.:ehh:

although the pessimist in me (or i should i say realist) believes it's impossible to salvage this franchise.
Yeah if they go down the path MoS started they will forever come undone.Best thing to do is a soft reboot with flash or fate taking batman to another verse or dimension where we can get a DC/superman that is more familiar

I actually like Snyder, but I guess he needs to be put in check like what you have to do with Goyer, if you don't then things can go overboard with them.

Kinda hard to even do a soft reboot because Superman died.

At this point imo it's full reboot or bust. Recast Supes, get rid of Snyder and Terrio... just start over.

The difference is that Snyder isn't making all the decisions anymore and the two different people they report to have the same boss
