@Yo Yo Ma

What happened breh? :laugh:

Why are they re-strategizing EVERYTHING after the "massive success" that was BvS?

All stanning aside though, they should just get the team who did Flashpoint Paradox on their live action movies. How different can it really be?

Geoff Johns is the one who created the Flashpoint storyline breh :dead:

I don't get how re-structing is a bad thing from some on here. Isn't that what everyone was complaining about, they don't have a "Feige" in charge? Now it's a bad thing?

Don't know why people are that excited for Johns. Running TV and doing films are two very different things as evidenced by Greg Berlanti.

As for what that poster was talking about in regards to another DC film, I'm assuming he means Suicide Squad. They are rumors that the film is a bit of a mess, in particular the third act. That's supposedly what the reshoots were for.

Having people in charge of the DC films is a smart move and something that just about everyone and their mom has been asking for and I always thought Johns was a good pick for the job.
I also like that WB still wants to allow these movies to be filmmaker driven because I am always in favor of a director being allowed to put his or her vision on the screen.

Also read that they still have to report to certain people which may not be a bad thing or could end up being another Ike Perlmutter situation.

Kevin Feige only has to report to Bob Iger, the CEO of Disney, and nobody else. That's why Marvel is really stepping it up with these next few films.

This whole thing is reminding me of the Perlmutter situation with Marvel earlier. This could make things worse. WB is definitely in trouble with these movies. It just seems like it's chaos over there and they had no clear cut direction with these movies and rushing everything.

Who was that film critic or comic book guy who said his 'sources' told him they were worried about Bats v Supes and if it didn't hit the way they want there would be some executive shuffle? Some people on here owe him an apology. :francis:
I'm pretty sure that was Devin Faraci. It's funny that people shyt on dude but 2 or 3 months later he ends up being right.

More palms greased by marvel. We all know the suits were popping the champagne bottles, who would be disappointed with 840 + million made? This DC bias is getting out of hand.

840 million on 2 of the biggest superheroes is a huge dissapointment. Batman alone broke 1 billion 8 years ago. Superman is just out of date in my opinion, he is literally a fukking God and i dont think you can make a movie around him.

In bvs defense it was a rebooted batman. Superman just isn't the draw DC may think it is.

But when it comes down to it, this was advertised as the most epic comic film ever and it didn't deliver anything near that.

Now if SS Is really a mess, fukk it.
