Baldur's Gate 3 (PC, PS5, Xbox Series) [no open spoilers]

Finished the game. Whoever said the ending scenes were mid was absolutely right. It could have really used a bit more epilogue scenes. showing random townsfolk with the narrator like "You did it! " did not hit to the level this game has consistently been on.

Baezel definitely the MVP of my run. I don't see how nikkas make it without the GOAT. Every time I try to take her out for someone's companion quest she's like "Tsk! Do you really think you can survive without me? "

Me: ......Nah you right. Ay Karlach! Imma need you take 5 ma

Iv been using my sorc to cast twin spell haste on lae & karlach at the start of every fight, shyts crazy, they’re getting like 6 swings each per turn

Much like their other games, I’m gonna spend way too much time in act 1 having the time of my life and never beating the game

Spoiler: Iron Throne

Maaan I had to run it back a few times but I managed to get everyone out! Shout out to the potion of speed. Had Gale cast invisibility on my rouge character allowed me to take the westside on my own, free everyone and unlock the door to the mindflayer homie. Baited a bunch of fishmen there and teleported to the sub


Gale casting dimension doors to the south let him get everyone there quickly, then had him lock the southern door so the fishmen that spawned just got stuck growling lol.

Had Karlach go east and free up the archduke and the others. Arch almost died but I had him swig a superior potion before running out. Laezel took care of the north. Ended up getting everyone in the sub with 2 turns to spare after struggling on those previous attempts.

It really requires you think to think on your feet and use all the tricks you have in your arsenal and not in an annoying way

So glad I listened to people like yall ITT and gave it a chance. 106 hrs to finish this first go and I already can't wait to hop in with a new character.

Definitely not as impactful as the end of Act 2 but I think all the talk of the end being mid helped level set my expectations. I do wish we got more epilogue. though Withers came through with that either for all tree of the death gods

I too had karlach turn ithilid to save her, she was more pleased than I was expecting I'm just glad ol girl gets to live outside Avernus. Got Baezel to stay. Astarion had to run from the sun but he'll be ight. I can't be mad at this ending

Yep, even my brother who would never in a million years play a game like this is talking about it non-stop. I know once he’s playing something it’s crossed over cause all he plays is 2k, Destiny, and Tsushima

There definitely should have been an epilogue. They hyped like 1700 potential different endings. I expected to know a lot more about the group and supporting characters. They left a lot of what ifs. Maybe a short epilogue dlc could be cool
