No, no, no. You’re a black woman. You have melanin. It’s part of who you are. Our descendants are from Africa. This is what that means.

1. her daughter is not a woman
2. having melanin doesn't make you black.
3. her daughter doesn't have descendants yet

it sounds like while in canada she identified as black, white and asian...which i really don't see is wrong. it's not like she was denying being half black.

"Men don't give me attention" , "I don't fit in with the Black community"

Maybe it's cause she has a shytty personality. :hhh:

She's just an average cute lightskin chick, how would she not fit into the Black Community unless she alienated herself?

I didn't even know she was mixed until now. :childplease:

The black community accepts everyone. When I hear shyt like this sometimes I feel like this person has said or done shyt to piss people off

Nah man. If you fall outside the box of what's expected as being "black" in America, you're definitely not getting accepted by the whole black community. Some, yes. The majority? Nah. You will definitely have a decent % looking at you as a lame/square/weirdo etc.

Russell Wilson is millionaire, superbowl winning star quarterback, and there's still a large amount of dudes in the black community that view him as a cornball. If he was white or asian or hispanic that's not happening to same degree, if at all.

That's a fukking lie. I'm a Black alternative breh and I fit in with the hood nikkas to the ratchets. Seems like you got self hate and Black people aren't a monolith :snoop:

No disrespect, truly, but you get lit up on this website non-stop :dwillhuh:. Maybe it's different for you IRL but I wouldn't call what I see with you on here "acceptance" :hubie:.

U have nikkas on this very site shytting on any black person that remotely looks mulatto. She said she embraces her blackness and teaches her kids to embrace their blackness as they are descendants from Africa. Yet nikkas in this thread shytting on her. Lol.

This.

Ayesha Curry is annoying, and she was doing too much with the earlier comments about needing other male attention, but I'm not mad at her for this one. It's honest and it's definitely a thing.

She is really just confirming what most folks were speculating about from her previous comments. She is trying to compete with steph and that's the true source of her resentment and unhappiness. She will never be more popular, successful or desired than him. She is more concerned about building up team Ayesha instead of team Curry and that's a bad sign for a marriage.

It's ironic that her husband plays a team sport where playing your position gives the team the best chance to win and she is focused on herself and not what's best for them as a married unit.

wow, amazing post bro

i' ll rep you later :salute:

We think he a cornball, but that's not the same as not accepting him. He can go hang out with other cornballs.

I know a lot of cornball types and I don't be like...

"Man I ain't hanging out with him, he sound like Tom from Boondocks."

Cornballs are no less Black than anybody else.

Cornballs are winning right now anyway, Russell Wilson, DJ Akademics, Jordan Peele, Donald Glover, Kanye West...

Cornballs are in, we ain't disowning them.

:yeshrug: A lot of this site is cornballs.

In the USA nobody considers that mixed.

Lol

Every other Black American got a light skins as parents and create a light skin kid and they are just Black.

All of us are mixed up. The typical Blac American is 75 to 80 percent Black.

Stephen Curry is a prime example.

Mixed to most of us mean one of your parent is non-Black, have no Black ancestry.

We don't sit here make a list of nationalities and try to claim mixed status, that's some Canadian and Euro shyt. That's Instathot shyt. That's Hollywood shyt.

Jhene Aiko is mixed
Drake is mixed

Ayesha Curry is the typical lightskin chick in the USA and she would know that of she grew up here.

100%...

We need to kill this idea of "mixed" in the black community. It alienates some of us, while others of us use it as a label to differentiate ourselves from, and disenfranchise, other black people...

"Men don't give me attention" , "I don't fit in with the Black community"

We are all mixed, the overwhelming majority of us anyway. As someone already mentioned, she isn't "mixed" in the typical thought process because she doesn't have a white parent. Both of her parents are "mixed" and in America, two "mixed blacks" who have children, those children are seen as black. Hell the parents are seen as black...

This just comes down to how and where she was raised. She went to high school in the US and got a different racial education--->in Canada they don't have the legacy of racism and the institutional hallmarks that defended racism. So having biracial parents and growing up in an area and culture that doesn't acknowledge blackness the same (which comes with its disadvantages as well) shaped her--->if she was born and raised here there would have been no question of her blackness...

I've alluded to this before, but my time in Charlotte I got to know a handful of people who grew up/went to school with Steph and Ayesha. She's black, and people don't have bad things to say about her. I hate this colorism in our culture, man...

You're proving my point, outside of Akademics, the fact that those other people are considered "cornballs" at all is the issue. They're not considered "cornballs" outside the black community, which is probably part of the reason that 4 out of the 5 of those "cornballs" ain't with a black chick :francis: (and Russell used to be married to a white girl).

They are cornballs because they are corny. You really gonna tell me that Jordan Peele and Donald Glover aren't super corny?

Like Donald Glover is the guy that said he likes being called a ****** on while having sex and glorified Asian chicks.

The Key and Peele show was super corny.

They ain't considered cornballs outside the Black community because most non-Black Americans are corny to us.

Like we can't help that we are the paragon of cool and hip and then we got corny Black folks that don't fit in the Black Cool paradigm. Some of us are corny to some and some aren't corny. Some of us are cool to some and corny to others. We don't hate anyone and it ain't serious.

Steph obviously didn't 'handle it behind the scenes' like so many ppl suggested. He's running a sloppy ship. I understand that he might not have the time to deal with all her psychoses at this time, however, he should have enough good will stored up to where if he says STFU rn, she listens.
