Now that I have read the IG and see the gross Avengers has made. Makes you wonder if these other studios that own Spidy & FT4 will do a round table so the next Avengers will be on some of the highest piff available.

I'd give it the edge over Spidey 2 (which was damn good as well minus ugly ass Kirsten)
Sony isn't that stupid to give up the Spidey rights (that's why we got the reboot coming...if they didn't drop another Spidey movie, the rights go back to Marvel/Disney). Fox might give up the F4, but they damn sure aint giving up those X-men rights.

While that would be cool, I doubt very seriously the suits at Sony, Fox, Buena Vista/Disney would allow that. It would be nice though.
more americans paid to see avengers then the Dark Knight though. You think they were disappointed with the product?

who has got blade rights? the last movie was 8 years ago surely marvel could start it up or put him in avengers if they wanted
You seem to be confused. I never claimed people were disappointed. This is what I said:
moviegoers went because they invest 5 films leading up to this with hopes of a good mash-up. give credit where its due to marvel for creating the perfect storm that was impossible to fail, UNLESS they took a risk, which they didn't. which is why the PLOT was a generic one and got a safe director that they know will just ensure all the characters have chemistry and include comic book humor.
there was NOTHING challenging about the avengers at all. they knew people will flock to see it JUST because of them investing all those characters to see them go at it all at once.
TDK, however, was totally different AND was a risk-taker that hugely paid off. and that's why, i say it may not reflect in gross overall sales, but MORE people are going to see TDKR than the avengers. as i stated before, it's already projected to debut at $190 million the 1st weekend, and THAT'S not even with the benefit of 3D sales...and that's the box office's SAFE projection at that, implying it could do more! the reason being, it's the sequel to one of the most acclaimed and successful films of all time with such an impact that it forced the academy awards organization's hands to change up the number qualified to get nominated for the best picture oscar. it's the conclusion of a trilogy that everybody is at the very LEAST curious as to how it will conclude. even the HATERS would flock to watch it on the low just so they can find lame excuses just to hate on it.
it already got other franchises to push their shyt back. fukkin' bourne legacy stated it wants no parts of whut's about to happen.
no confusion you said the dark knight is the better movie then avengers. I am just pointing out the fact that more people paid money to see the avengers.
This just gets me thinking about a restaurant. When people hear good things they go to that restaurant. Now perhaps that old restaurant you went to was good but this other one is crowded and people are waiting in line for it. But there you are eating at your old restaurant all loyal sure there is no line and sure the food is good but others are willing to wait at the other restaurant then perhaps there is something about it.
But look at me talking about a restaurant when the topic is movies.
