Didn’t care for the first one, only seen it once. But caught this off the strength of this thread, n

Doesn't feel like a 3hr flick. You'll be immersed in it you won't care you've been in the theater that long. Bring some food, smoke a blizz before.I had tix for IMAX 3D this morning, but the prospect of 3 hrs changed my mindI’ll catch it in a few wks on a whim

I was feeling underwhelmed by the story too but about a half hour in you start to realize what Cameron is doing. Definitely hit the best theater up tho.Definitely got the edi’s on deck

Imma catch it after the holidays when it’s less going on. I’m not invested enough in the plot where I gotta catch it ASAP. Plus I found out the IMAX screen at my location ain’t even Lasermaking plans to hit the Dolby spot now.
yeah its a simple ass plot thats not that engaging but about halfway thru I was like "well this is just an adventure, i'll watch and probably never visit it again but its a fun little adventure."The biggest complaint from critics is the simplicity of the plot.
In my opinion it's a lot of complex and dense things going on amongst the characters
