That thanos was not an eternal.

He is which is weird because that makes him human.

He had a birth defect which mutated him to a degree and has had multiple enhancements.

I am a casual on most of this stuff but I thought Comicsexplained said Thanos was human. I think New Rockstars mentioned it in the video below. The movies are changing some of the origins and other things from the comics so we don't know until it actually comes out.

I didn't realize the aliens on titans were eternals. But I should have picked that up by the names.
