The only person I’ve ever seen leave a team after winning a title is Kawhi so we might be thinking of something different. The guy that comes along and goes from team to team leaving after winning titles will probably be The Goat though :damn:
He left Miami and Cleveland after winning titles though. Or it doesn't ''count'' cuz it wasn't in his last season i suppose. Either way if going from team to team winning titles is part of the criteria then Bron has that checked off for sure.

Add another Mickey Mouse ring

But, the GOAT always got shyt like this in his resume :yeshrug:

shyt like that is bizarre because you're comparing apples and oranges. How many times did Russell get outscored in a playoff series? How many times did Magic get outscored in a playoff series? Meanwhile, Iverson was rarely ever outscored in a playoff series, does that make him the GOAT?

MJ was obsessively focused on scoring. He wanted to score almost as much as he wanted to win. LeBron is a natural distributor who happens to score because that's what his team needs and what he's good at. He's never been as single-mindedly focused on scoring and MJ is.

Also, MJ played in a man era, where you couldn't shift the entire defense against one player. He said himself that if he had to play against zones, he never would have had the career he did (just look at how easily zones hemmed him up in the ACC and NCAA tourneys). While Bron has played most of his career against zones that was completely focused on stopping him from scoring.

MJ never faced defensive sets like these without getting illegal defense called:

MJ said himself, he never averages 30ppg if teams could guard him like that.

IF ZONE DEFENSES COME IN, STARS MAY GO OUT

Even Michael Jordan Thought Michael Jordan Would Struggle Against Modern Zone Defense

MJ on rule changes: "If teams were able to play zone defenses, I never would've had the career I had."

I think Kareem has a case.

He was just as transcendent as LeBron, with a much bigger bag

I feel bad for y’all Bron stans man. Nothing y’all type or try to rationalize or fantasize can change history. MJ did what he did period, he wasn’t chasing the goat crown or all time longevity stats. He was just trying to win championships which is the whole point of playing.

It’s probably time y’all Bron stans sober up and realize that Bron is trapped playing for the foreseeable future cause he didn’t do what he was supposed to in the time he was supposed to do it. He definitely had the opportunity but failed too many times.

You have 50 posts in this thread and still haven't had a single thing to say about actual basketball. It's literally just a soap opera to you. :mjlol:

Never during the 80s were there FIVE players averaging 30ppg. This season there are 6, and Curry is averaging almost 30 which would make it 7. The most players averaging 30 during the 80s was 3 players and that happened once during the 1981-82 season. It didn’t happen again until Kobe, Iverson and LeBron averaged 30 in 2006.

Never in the 80s was there this much talent either.

Posters here just say anything. :dead:

Does he not?

Im not even saying Lebron is unskilled.

But Kareem can get any shot he wants within the 3 point line against anyone.

For all the talk about Wemby, Kareem was that guy
