A rejection of stats that help build a guide to how we can address issues affecting our community isn't ignorant, it's counterproductive. People who believe only anecdotal experience is enough to solve a massive problem that affects millions of people aren't even remotely qualified to try and find the solution.

Besides, nothing, you posted here tells us a damn thing about why we're failing from an economic standpoint. "I saw this criminal scam a system, so only my experience matters. We shouldn't be providing government resources to people in the black community" is just insanely short-sighted and completely worthless to this conversation.

What are you crying on my shoulder about now?

Address the bold to me because all you're good at is reading sh*t and framing it in a manner you can debate about. You have absolutely no capability in moving the needle in changing stats. You can't even f*cking point out were I even said that sh*t. Just a fcking devil.

"shooking-n-jiving" breh. I've seen people blow through $100k PPP money in a couple years. Did absolutely nothing productive with the shyt. Pull up the PPP website and seen zip codes pull down $1 million + in PPP. Area still look like a dump.

A lot of these people problems in the mirror. Don't give a shyt how mony blue check tweets they pull up, or stats they post. I've seen too many time people get "resources" and blow it.

It's so weird how you guys will write this kind of drivel, then act as if you don't understand what you're implying. :heh:

Then turn around and lash out at me for pointing out exactly what you're implying with these kinds of statements even if it doesn't register with you :bryan:

Now I'm the devil because you're being emotional to the point ur just typing things out without realizing what you might be saying :comeon:

It's so weird how you guys will right this kind of drivel, then act as if you don't understand what you're implying. :heh:

Again you idiot. :pachaha:

Where did I say they shouldn't get it?

If you got $50k in PPP and didn't take up a trade/certification or something to better yourself, but instead spent that money on stunting, that means you blew the money. :pachaha::pachaha::pachaha:

If you don't tell people they "blew" an opportunity they'll keep doing the sh*t Just do better next time.

I say what the f*ck i mean. If I mean they don't deserve resources, I would've said just that..

I’m not suggesting it will be easy at all but to save black boys its clear we need more fathers and fatherly figures (uncles grandpa neighborhoods, male teachers, etc) present for young black boys to become successful

Too many of us are being abandoned or led down the wrong path and it’s clear that women alone cannot raise our boys
Super clear, but we keep playing the sidelines letting them try to raise em, knowing what the likely outcome is going to be. Black men have to raise black boys. We have to be involved; heavily involved. It’s why I say we can only fix and save this sh*t. We have to stop listening to non men, and those that don’t know, tell us how to fix it. We know how to fix it, we, as a whole, are just being lazy. If you’re not able to, or want to do the raising, then take the steps needed to not have them. If that means not having sex, then don’t have it.

You're all so tiring and don't know how to have real conversations on an issue, y'all still don't understand why anecdotal data is worthless when it comes to problems that affect large swaths of people. It's unfortunate and a big reason these threads get rehashed over and over again

You don't add shyt to these threads because you have zero real life experiences fixing these types of problems. And large swaths of people eventually comes down to one individual at a time. Go outside and help someone move the needle on these stats.

This may sound out of pocket but fukk it. We've got these odd issues where you see a lot of gendered pushback and nobody wants to take accountability or acknowledge a problem. With black women you have obesity and with black men you have higher education. The same tired anti-college drivel that has been proven wrong for decades keeps being brought up. Yes we understand people who go to college and get a general studies or art degree will have some trouble finding jobs. What's that got to do with the value of a degree and the multitude of majors that ensure job security (accounting, finance, computer science, engineering, nursing, radiology, etc etc).

We're not even talking about institutions with the most burdensome financial costs. There are affordable options at various HBCUS. And community colleges. Black men need to do better on this. We can talk about teachers all we want but black women are getting targeted too...yet still pursue higher education. The incarceration rate is down, jobs are readily available...what's going on. Let's go.

Thats ok. I don't get called Ignorant by the people asking me for assistance in real life. :yeshrug:
Remember that time you talked about starting communes, but had zero idea that you were literally advocating for small pockets of black communism in America :mjlol:

You seem bad faith in this topic but there additional challenges that black boys face than black girls do not face in educational settings. Some of these challenges are structural some are cultural. There’s plenty of academic literature on that if you want to Google it. There’s even research showing boys are more dysfunctional home/communities than girls which absolutely affects educational attainment rates.

“But it happens to Black women” Is not a solution or helpful contribution to this topic particularly when black women are not exactly thriving either and face a lot of challenges in education, wage gaps, high debt, etc.
