College educated women don’t mind blue collar men. But from my (anecdotal) experience, blue collar men prefer women who more working class/not in the workforce. I could be wrong, but this is what I seem to notice.Relationships are going to be interesting 20 years from now...on the face what you state is true, but the issue is there is a gender gap for all women now except maybe Asians as far as college graduates. The gap of college educated White women over college educated White men is literally what our gap was 20 years ago. Not trying to knock anyone's relationship prospects but if you have a world where there are less educated White men than educated White women, and these educated White men are also sought after by educated Asian, Latina, and Black women, it is going to make it a vicious dating market and give men license for whatever behavior. All women will face the same issue if they draw a line at having a man with the same education.
I don't think the education gap alone is going to drive IR though. The education gap was big 20-30 years ago and IR did not take off. It is cultural assimilation driving it though people give other excuses. But in the end, I hate to say this but most of the majors people get are not marketable. The upper echelon Black women may find a dearth of prospects but the average HBCU grad (man or woman) makes between $30-40k even 10 years after graduating. Claiming someone making $35k with a criminal justice degree can't date a plumber or construction worker who potentials makes more because of a degree is fallacious I think.
Many of the organizations have done what NSBE does, for the reasons you pointed out.I agree with this completely. A lot of Black kids are two grades behind in math and English by 3rd grade. The result is they are severely behind by high school and many of times it’s too late to try the highschool to HBCU pipeline. There has to be more realistic solutions.
Board is trying to move away from smilies&childishness"Non-Black teachers have lower expectations for Black students than Black teachers have, studies show.
"As a white teacher, I find this statement to be incredibly offensive and racist."

Reading from these replies, a lot of you coli poster just don't like school and discipline.
It’s the parents not instilling in boys what they need.

The world hates us when we are ourselves. We hear a lot of bullshyt ‘white people speak’ about authenticity these days when we as black people are forced to fit into their world view every day.Nah, in some cases, the parents do instill what is needed, but the education paradigm berates boys for being themselves and berates them for learning differently than women. The boys, by the time the reach high school and already struggled many years from male-bashing teachers, mentally tap out and begin exploring other options outside of academia that chewed them out.
And Not just black boys, but now it is happening to white boys and Asians boys as well. Which sparked the uptick of school shootings.
American school system is all but prussians. The US school system is pretty relaxed compared to East Asia.Nah, people are fed up with schools teaching shyt that ain't relevant, nor things that cannot be applied to the real world. shyt like economics, compound interests, paying bills, building wealth, more classes focused on the 3 branches of government and their functions, and so on. If anything, we learning the WRONG kind of math that doesn't involve money and tangible economics.
And on top of that, you go to school with some teachers bombarding kids with homework on weekends and holidays that takes time away from their families and friends. Other non American 1st world education models the last 15 years or so are moving away from the Prussian style education and more Scandinavian-like TED TALKS style education. Even China is now encouraging kids to exercise more often and laying off the books to build back the decreasing population rate. Now that A.I. is about to come down to the teaching profession, expect a lot of kids ditching their strict teachers for computers that can break it down to them in ways that human interaction cannot. That will be the deathblow of the status quo of old.

The truth is a lot of people are about to be left behind.
