I'm in college so my food selection is a bit
I need a diet for 30 days to follow with things to eat
Like breakfast, lunch, and dinner.....
I'm only able to eat two meals a day from my cafe and have whey protein mix for shakes
So would anybody like to help me by writing a diet nutritious out to follow?
Oh, and a list of exercises I should do and the reps/length of the workouts

I weigh 230 currently but i'm trying to hit 200 by April or May if possible.
I have a muscular frame but not in shape or toned.
shakes are perfectly fine. I workout late nights sometimes, and will crush a shake right after, around 11:30 or midnight. but resist eating actual meals, especially ones that are carb intensive. Dude earlier said it was horse s*it, but I highly suggest you try it for two weeks straight, and gauge the results.You'll be walking around feeling leaner every day.
