If you have access to a pool, swim laps. Swimming is one of the most effective forms of cardio and puts no pressure on your joints.My knees ankles and shins only allow me to run 2-3 times a week.
What's another effective cardio exercise I can do?
I use the elliptical but it's excruciatingly boring.
