I'll let you know in a few months. I adopted most of your diet and supplement advice and LIIT cardio after lifting instead of HIIT on off days.

My goal is around 10% bf while packing on muscle and gaining strength.


Question breh: I've been noticing blue veins starting to show ( teamlightskinned :youngsabo: ) how do I get these nikkas to pop? Cut salt out of my diet?
yup, leanness and heavy lifting will do wonders for vascularity. Once youre sub 10%, youll notice veins all over. I have veins running through my pecs now.

@Kasino416 Can you give me specifics regarding your LIIT Cardio Routine? For example I've always done HIIT, so my routine would be: Walk at a speed of 2.5 for initial 2mins, Then pump it up to 8.5 for 1min, Drop it back down to 2.5 for 1min, then back to 8.5 for 1min and I would repeat this 6-7 Times.

Slowly started following your Advise this week (Your meals, etc) because I just got done with Fasting for Ramadan so I'm easing back into it.

Low intensity is pretty much just cycling etween 3.8-4.3, while on an incline of about 2. do this for 15-20 mins tops. Focus more on lifting, I've actually recently cut cardio out completely, just focusing on increasing my lifts, loving the results.

ive done what you said, increase my weights....went from curling 25 dumbbells to 30 pounds :whew: what a difference, shyts heavy

i asked you how to get my biceps and shoulders bigger

im a skinny dude high metabolism and i cant seem to get muscle growth.

try going on a bulk bruh. Find a weight maintenance calculator and determine your daily caloric maintenance level. Then eat 500lbs above that every day to put on weight. Accompany that with lifting heavy and youll be gaining size. When I say heavy, make sure you can do at least 6-8 clean reps, no cheating.

www.muscleandstrength.com to find a good mass/strength building routine, stick with it. I'd also cut cardio out completely if you havent already (seeing as you have a high metobolic rate)

I have seen a huge increase in my lifting too. I cut out all the honey mustard,swiss cheese and consume more water, protein, lean carbs. I just need to get on the cardio wave though. Also, I work 4-5 times/week and I be too lazy to hit the gym after 14 hours of work. Any tip on that ?

If you can, get up 2 hours earlier and go before work. Otherwise, suck it up, pound some C4 and turn up

I've been on that oatmeal tip for a minute but I usually have it as follows:

1 cup oatmeal
1.5 cup 1% milk
1 spoon almond butter
Dash of cinnamon
1 banana
1/3 scoop of whey
1 tablespoon of honey

I know you might think that's a lot of sugar but keep in mind:

1. I work out first thing in the morning so I have this after a workout
2. Only other sugar I have in a day is an apple in the afternoon
3. My breakfasts are my heaviest meals
4. I'm 6"7, 245 lbs

In light of this , do you feel my oatmeal is too much?

I think Kasino works out after work but I don't know how y'all have the time.

This is strictly for my 9-5 brehs.

I work out 4 times a week. Normally 2 days in the week I wake-up extra early for work, then i'll do one after work. Then I train once on the weekend.

This week it's been 3 in the AM and today i'll go after work. Weekend off.

Was your six pack fully defined to begin with?

If you can really lose your abs from eating bad for just 3 days, I have to be careful once mine come in. 1 bad day every other week should be fine though right?

Elaborate. The suggestion that eating a box of donuts one day out of a 30 day month where you usually eat healthy, AND STILL DOING CARDIO AFTER THE DONUTS lol, means you'll lose your abs sounds absolutely ludicrous to me.

Are we talking about a HUGE MEAL with nothing but junk? Like 6 donuts, a big bag of doritos, a slice of cheesecake and 2 milkshakes? Lol.

it was fully defined

i just had a lot of breads and sodium

I'm bouncing back now the water weight is falling off

had to do a lot of cardio this week tho
