If you care about that type of thing, they're in the midst of a law suit regarding GMOs. http://livingmaxwell.com/naked-juice-lawsuit

What would you suggest to a woman who just wants to stay toned, defined? I'm 5'2,105 pounds, naturally slim,I believe I've been doing the appropriate exercises paired with eating healthy. I just want some extra tips, thanks.

Weight training, cant stress it enough. The women at my gym with the best bodies all incorporate eights into their workouts. Make sure you're squatting, deadlifting and doing lunges as well. Yoga is also great for women as well, especially hot yoga. And of course, diet is 70% of the task, cut sugary and fatty foods out. Also, be sure to incorporate some cardio for good cardiovascular health, don't overdo the cardio though - if you can do the stairmaster, I highly suggest it.

@Kasino416 I have a very active job. I actually have a fitbit wristband that tracks how many steps and miles I do over the course of my shift and I do anywhere from 8 miles to 15 miles per shift per day along with physical work with lifting... if i'm doing that, do I really need to do cardio outside of my work or should I focus on just lifting?
I would def focus on the lifts, your job give you enough cardiovascular activity. A guy like myself who sits behind a desk all day needs some cardio, so I now try to throw it in with 1 day of basketball a week. Im focusing on my lifts and diet 100% now, so I can save that 20-30 mins of cardio after my workouts now.
