I'll let you know in a few months. I adopted most of your diet and supplement advice and LIIT cardio after lifting instead of HIIT on off days.

My goal is around 10% bf while packing on muscle and gaining strength.


Question breh: I've been noticing blue veins starting to show ( teamlightskinned :youngsabo: ) how do I get these nikkas to pop? Cut salt out of my diet?

lol, I don't count shyt breh I have lightening quick metabolism. I don't even know my body fat %. I think I'm good on the cutting back part but I be cheatin like shyt I'm talking candy bars, hot pockets, jamaican beef patties too. I dunno if I can fade eating raw and clean even though I'm headed in that direction to get what I want.

Man, If You Counted Calories You Could Eat Whatever You Wanted As Long As You Stay Within Your Calorie Limitations, Granted The Worse You Eat The LESS Your Allowed But You Get The Idea

Counting Can Be A bytch But You Dont Have To Be So Strict, Everything Has A Lable On It Telling You The Calories, Something That Doesnt, Like A Banana You Can Google, You Dont Have To Literally Add Everyday But Just Estimate

As Far As "Eating Clean" Yeah That Helps Alot But For Now Jus Limit Certain Things

Get Rid Of All Liquid Calories Bruh, No More White Bread, No More Rice

I kicked white bread years ago. Cancer and diabetes runs in my family so I've slowly been gettin on some healthy eating shyt but can't lie sometimes relapse back to the poison. I'ma start gettin on my counting shyt,I figure its a good system to know what I'm doin better.

But I dunno, I mostly eat pasta, pizza, chicken, potatoes, fish, I dunno I eat shyt a normal nikka would eat I guess. I fukk wit ethnic foods like shyt I'm not as big on burgers and fries as I used to be. But real shyt I think I gotta go for more whole wheat/spinach pastas/rices and cut back on the greasy/processed/sweet foods as much as possible.

If You Decide To Eat Better, Really Open Up Your Mind As To The GOOD Stuff You Can Eat, Dont Make It Feel Like Torture, You Dont Have To Eat Salads, Carrot Sticks And Raw Eggs To Have A Good Decent Diet

Your "Fast Metabolism" Isnt Gonna Do The Work For You, You Gotta Do It

Especially As You Get Older

The Foods That You're Gonna Cut Out, Have Em Once A Month, On A Day You Can Look Forward To, Do You Workout?

@Kasino416 Can you give me specifics regarding your LIIT Cardio Routine? For example I've always done HIIT, so my routine would be: Walk at a speed of 2.5 for initial 2mins, Then pump it up to 8.5 for 1min, Drop it back down to 2.5 for 1min, then back to 8.5 for 1min and I would repeat this 6-7 Times.

Slowly started following your Advise this week (Your meals, etc) because I just got done with Fasting for Ramadan so I'm easing back into it.

Everything is trial and error. Just have to find out what works best for your body.
