I pimp the fukk out of tuna. Drain it by pressing the lid into the meat and pouring the juice out while rinsing it. I do bridges but if you feel uncomfortable with that then do manual neck resistance (e.g. pushing your head against your hands)@Kasino416 do you target every muscle for your neck exercises, or will one type of lift/motion usually cover it? Trying to build neck thickness and I'm wondering if I need to work the front of my neck, sides of my neck, back of neck all separately or what.

Neck thickness comes incidentally wit diet & heavy lifting bro. Just life forearms, I've never done a forearm exercise in my life, comes incidentally from doing other exercises - deadlifts, curls, presses etc.@Kasino416 do you target every muscle for your neck exercises, or will one type of lift/motion usually cover it?
