i guess in theory it can't be much worse than tuna in a can right? but i was grabbing my food outta the fridge here at the office the other day and i saw someone had one of those big ass cans of the chicken and was reading the label. i couldn't believe the macros.

I pimp the fukk out of tuna. Drain it by pressing the lid into the meat and pouring the juice out while rinsing it. Then I pour sriracha sauce in there and stir that shyt up. :ohlawd:

I have to draw the line on canned chicken. That said I get 3 Perdue chicken breast from Costco throw them on this bad boy:

@Kasino416 do you target every muscle for your neck exercises, or will one type of lift/motion usually cover it? Trying to build neck thickness and I'm wondering if I need to work the front of my neck, sides of my neck, back of neck all separately or what.

If anyone else can answer this, thanks. Google isn't helping at the moment.

Yoooo...4 weeks in and I'm getting ripppppped lol. Kasino diet is the real deal brehs.

My ab excersizes are doing wonders. I'm thinking about copping one of those "teeter hangups" things that suspends you upside down and use it for upside down sit ups at home :krs: ...need it to release tension on my back too.

I always lurk these threads, but I could never remember my password to log in & post. Judging from the posts here, the common goal is losing fat. Everyone wants a 6pack, but many don't know what foods to eat to achieve this. Getting ripped isn't as hard as you may think.

help me with abs bro....was in the gym heavy last year....went from 220 to 175 last year but my stomach is kind of flabby and sick

lol why u asking him his neck ain't poppin. I do bridges but if you feel uncomfortable with that then do manual neck resistance (e.g. pushing your head against your hands)

Neck thickness comes incidentally wit diet & heavy lifting bro. Just life forearms, I've never done a forearm exercise in my life, comes incidentally from doing other exercises - deadlifts, curls, presses etc.

Do situps, stay away from carb intensive or fatty cards e.g. bread, beer, white pasta, dough/pizza etc. Stick to clean carbs - sweet potato, oats, brown rice. That and do core strengthening exercises, crunches and situps are crucial - do a couple hundred every other day to keep the core tight. Tight core is the cornerstone of other exercises
