Is DYMATIZE ISO-100 or similar higher end Protein worth the extra price? I was using Optimum Nutrition for 4 years, however was recommended by a body-builder at my GYM to start using ISO-100. What are your thoughts? Does it make any kind of difference?

To me, protein is protein. I was also told that my Gold Standard whey was inferior to Isoplex because it was a blended protein and apparently not as potent. Your protein should come from food, remember, supplements are just as the name suggests, meant to supplement your daily regimen, they shouldnt be a crutch. Get your preotein from actual foods, e.g. fish, steak, chicken, egg whites etc. A shake will help you reach your daily requirements.

Basically, anyone can be "fit". Diet is key getting to elite levels of fitness. Anyone can be swole as you said, eating pizza, and lifting heavy. But to really stand out, diet is key. That doesnt mean you cant binge here and there, but you wont become top notch eating like crap everyday.

1. Do you reccomend isolating the side delts for workouts, or do compound lifts such as shoulder presses and arnold pressers target them enough for development? The reason I'm asking is because I really hate lateral raises and would rather not do them if I didn't have to.
Arnolds are just as good.
2. What exactly is ec stack?
Ephedrine & Caffeine pills. You take one of each, 3 times per day - 4 hours apart. They increase your metabolic rate and enhance the fat burning zone. Its a more potent fat burning pill essentially, not these BS pills you see @ GNC for 5 times the price. A bottle of 120 caffine is $15, a pack of 30
ephedrine - 4 for $16. A lot of less potent fat burners start @ $50.

3. What are the best ways to hit both heads in the bicep with dumbells? Doing bicep curls with my barbell hurts my forearms to the point where they're in pain for days after whenever I grab something tightly. Money is a little tight right now since I just grabbed a scale, new lock collars for my bars and a few other things, so I'd rather not pick up an EZ curl barbell at this moment. Does pointing my elbows inward target one head more while pointing my elbows outward targets the other? I also do hammer curls with my elbows pointing outward.
I would say yes, supplement with hammer curls. But for me, the best way to hit both heads of the bicep is the ez bar on the cable machine. Do a set wide grip, followed by close grip. Why are you talking about "picking things up"? I would highly suggest investing in a gym pass rather than buying your own equipment. Take advantage of a big chain gym like an LA fitness, they have hundreds of pieces of equipment at your disposal for $30/mth.
Thanks again.

All this noise is pointless unless you post pics of your physique and detailed info on what you eat on the daily.

You can't eat whatever you want to eat and have optimal fitness. It doesn't matter how genetically gifted you are. It isn't possible to look as good as you can possibly look by eating whatever, whenever. Occasionally enjoying a donut and some chips? Sure, but throwing whatever food you want to eat into your body on the regular with no care for its nutritional content? Dream on breh.

I eat this for breakfast every morning, it only takes 5 mins literally

2/3 cup large raw flake oats (large flake because it doesnt get mushy)
1-1.5 scoop whey protein powder, i use Optimum Nutrition, GOld Standard Cookies & Cream
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/4 or 1/2 chopped banana to sweeten it

Boil some water in a kettle and pour in about 1-1/14 cup, mix it all together.

Macro Count:
Whey - 150 cals, 2-5g carb, 0 fat
Oats - 240 cals, 40g carbs, 6g fat, 8g protein
PB - 80 cals, 0 carb, 8g fat, 4g protein
Almonds - 200 calories, 12g fat, 14g carb, 9g protein
1/4 Banana - 25 cals, 9g carb,

As you can see this is 700 calories. I believe in making breakfast your largest meal of the day, as this gives your body the entire day to digest in. Some people make the mistake of making dinner their largest meal, this is not good for your body as it isnt given enough time to digest it correctly, and distribute the macro nutrients accordingly.

Hey Breh's,

I always lurk these threads, but I could never remember my password to log in & post. Judging from the posts here, the common goal is losing fat. Everyone wants a 6pack, but many don't know what foods to eat to achieve this. Getting ripped isn't as hard as you may think.

Diets here are looking flabby & sick, so ask me what you want to know, and I'll critique accordingly. I dont know how to embed, check my instagram for pics: warren_ripped

:obama:

What's your routine looking like?
