look around, they have very good types of pasta - lower carb, whole grain choices. I personally stay away from it, but if you're someone on a clean bulk diet, it could be very helpful. Its too carb dense for me personally, same thing with rice. I'd rather sweet potato as my carb source.@Kasino416 How do you feel about pasta breh?


I'm about 16-17% body fat (haven't really checked) and I recently dropped weight in the past year from 307 to now 204. I'm just tryna keep shredding and get rid of the flab. I eat carbs earlier in the day and try to keep down my carbs and fat intake. My goal is to get down to 10% body fat but stay lean and keep my weight since I'm comfortable at 200 and my clothes are fitting good.
