@Kasino416 How do you feel about pasta breh?
look around, they have very good types of pasta - lower carb, whole grain choices. I personally stay away from it, but if you're someone on a clean bulk diet, it could be very helpful. Its too carb dense for me personally, same thing with rice. I'd rather sweet potato as my carb source.

so i been on this for two days and I'm shredding but im also already semi skinny

i aint tryna be a ripped somalian. this chick was like "you lookin skinny" :usure:

its hard as fukk to meet my protein goals. i weigh 195 with 11% bf. im full as fukk right now and only at 50% of my protein goal for the day. :damn:
Up the protein bruh. @ 195, id get in at least 150 grams of protein and 200 grams of carbs, and stay around 100g fat + lift heavy and id probably cut out any cardio since youre already "skinny". Focus on adding muscle mass.

6 days a week:

Day 1 - chest/tri, abs
Day 2 - back/bi, abs
Day 3 - shoulders, abs
Day 4 - legs
Day 5 - chest/tri, abs
day 6 - back/bi, abs

Ill probably have to cut this down to 4 days soon as I just took on a P/T job on top of my F/T job. Im tryna eat breh's/

Damn :salute: I'm about 16-17% body fat (haven't really checked) and I recently dropped weight in the past year from 307 to now 204. I'm just tryna keep shredding and get rid of the flab. I eat carbs earlier in the day and try to keep down my carbs and fat intake. My goal is to get down to 10% body fat but stay lean and keep my weight since I'm comfortable at 200 and my clothes are fitting good.

Congrats on the weight loss. Its easier to drop down to 15%, its getting under that where you have to fine tune. Keep going strong, clearly what you're doing is working

Lost 6 pounds since I started messing with kasinos diet....also upped my ab workout and a extra day of weight training (from 4 to 5). Currently 170lbs flat from 176....all my reps have either stayed the same or actually improved so I assume I didn't lose any muscle in the process!

whats your beef with regular milk?sugar content?cuz i only drink skim milk..lactose free joints..

and whats your take on these jawns?
