I've been ghost reading this thread for years, first time was in 2014, and have been coming back at least twice a year. Been lurking on the Coli since 2012.
I myself, Born and raised in Cape Town, studied and worked in Johannesburg for a few years.
Here's what what hope is a moremore realistic breakdown of South Africa as a 26 year black man, whos been here all my life.
South Africa unfortunately is a cesspool of white supremacy/racism. The white worshipping here is so engrained in the black and overall non-white populations,and permeates every aspect of life.
Weaves /chemically altered hair, white jesus, european cars, italian clothes, historically white universities, speaking English with a 'white accent' , light skin fetishims on both men and women Etc Etc are all seen as the epitome of success and status (light skin couple, with light skin children, white washed and c00ning is deemed the South African dream pretty much, but then again name a place on earth that isn't like this? ) .
White Supremacy is the common thread that subconsciously dictates the collective behavioural patterns of the majority black populace.
Im lettinh all you Coli brehs know this so you don't get any illusions of grandeur about leaving the States and think you'll be coming to some racial 'Black Power' Utopia. There's a whole lot self hatred amongst blacks here and overall competitive negativity(this need to feel superior to another black person) .
Now for the good shyt. If you come to South Africa i would highly suggest that you cop some commercial property, basically instead of buying buying house this side, rather use that favorable exchange rate and actually purchase vacant property stands or pre existing office, especially in the "smaller" cities or towns (Bloemfontein, East London, Port Elizabeth, George, Massey Bay, Rustenberg etc), all you gotta do is find a property management company to run operage the property on your behalf whilst you collect the rent. All the major banks in SA (FNB, ABSA, Nedbank etc) have dedicated divisions that specialise in this type of stuff.
Commercial property is the best money maker you could ever invest in here in SA. You'll have to get a law firm that will handle your business account here and make sure you abide by all the legal requirements and taxes etc.

Now. When it comes to the bytchs/p*ssy it's simple. Most South African black girls are suckers for an affluent lifestyle. The economic carstartion of black people means that most of the girls see a guy having a car, his own place and being able to afford to take herher out once a month as being an Alpha Male.
They don't necessarily want the cold hard cash and wouldn't even know what to do with money besides spend it on what white people conditioned them to buy.

I met a lot of pro black folks the closer I got to the universities but like I mentioned way earlier in here, you're also more likely to see them embrace that "Rainbow nation" shyt.
