Compare Meek Mill to Lil Reece and that’s how the average Philly nikka is compared to what Chicago cats seem like. You can cut down 90% of your issues in Philly by not having altercations with nikkas with nothing to lose, by not selling drugs and by not visiting the grimey areas. In Chicago it seems like nikkas wanna kill you just because.

This is a tired excuse that isn't supported by facts. There are plenty of poor neighborhoods in America comprised of mostly whites, yet we don't see the the same homicide statistics. There is a devaluation of life within our community that needs to be addressed.
