What’s a good middle class black area in Baltimore?

Most of Northeast Baltimore is decent except a few neighborhoods. My neighborhood in northeast Baltimore lil rough in the early-mid 2000s with all the beefing n shyt that we were doing, but the nikkaz that we didn't fukk with ended up killing each other and/or getting locked up. The neighborhood is kinda quiet now tho.

Matter of fact, the first nikka that got killed in Baltimore this year was a nikka that I beat up back in the day.

Baltimore is weird tho with the neighborhoods. You can be in the hood on one street, and be in upper middle class the next.

Couple years ago me and my wife had a lil picnic in a park In a neighborhood with million dollar mansions all of a sudden we just hear shots going off, and it was close. But this is Baltimore, so we continued doing what we were doing at the park like nothing happened. About a hour later we got an alert on our phones that said 5 people had gotten shot and 2 or 3 of them died. My wife got a lil nervous since she's not from Baltimore, but if you hear gunshots often enough and know the city well enough its kinda like

Plus nothing ever happens in the neighborhood where we had the picnic; 3 blocks over is a completely different story.

I don’t get it. Chicago’s murders seem to be mostly gang related.

Philly like someone said above is a bunch of disturbed people.

I’ve said this before I rather walk around a gang infested area than a place where people are killing because they are angry.

Most of those Chicago dudes who get killed seemed like they were Opps known by their suspect.

Philly dudes are killing over drug deals, robberies and petty hood beef. Chicago dudes are killing just because. A kid waiting for a school bus in Chicago got shot in the face just because. That doesn’t happen in Philly.

A stray bullet can occur in a bad drug deal in Philly as well.

I read the story years ago but I still remember it for how foul it was.

Some gang members drove up on him and shot him in the head early in the morning while he was waiting at the bus stop. Now in hindsight maybe he was active out there but maybe not. Chicago is just a foul place. Beautiful city. Too much poverty and mentality ill people. Philly, while a shythole, is more so about getting money. Compare Meek Mill to Lil Reece and that’s how the average Philly nikka is compared to what Chicago cats seem like. You can cut down 90% of your issues in Philly by not having altercations with nikkas with nothing to lose, by not selling drugs and by not visiting the grimey areas. In Chicago it seems like nikkas wanna kill you just because.
