Pennsylvania and Maryland in general probably have the most white hoods on the east coast. Some of these towns in PA are white hoods galores such as Wilks Barre Scranton to name a few.
Hagerstown looks like it had a couple of white hoods too.

A dude who went to karate class with my friend was shot and killed inside an Uber a few weeks back in Bedford.

Since Chicago has less I can’t tell if Chicago is doing really good (it is) or if NYC is doing pretty bad. I can’t see NYC getting over 500 murders anymore.

I'm guessing the murdered are mostly all black men. Think of the dreams deferred, the potential wasted, the families that were never created, the brief lives of brothers whose contributions to this world will never be known. Our desensitization to the wholesale slaughter of black men is very disheartening.

not surprised. those places especially philly and baltimore are POOR AS fukk. you can just feel it in the air driving through certain parts where it goes down at. i know back in march 2017 when i drove from dc and drove off 95 then driving around west baltimore, it went from being 17 degrees and freezing to it feeling like 50 and springlike weather. 
i knew shyt was NO joke when i saw some tinted chevy malibu which was probably either the cops or some drug lookout driving around REAL suspiciously near me. it was dark outside too like 7 at night. i tried to turn myself around to go the other street and back on the highway then saw the same car driving the opposite direction on some 
shyt and i was like 
awwww... hell naw, time to go back on 95 and hauled ass.

When I first visited Baltimore I thought it was nice I was at the seaport. Took my car out to go on a drive like the urban freak I was and shyt got real literally 2 minutes into my drive.
I did a little walking from the seaport to some Dominican barber to a nearby area.
Went to a party shyt was ghetto as hell and fun. All I know is i saw a group of girls ready to fight and I think the knickname of their captain was “Brooklyn”.

You can go into a lot of those neighborhoods and nobody with bother you. I hang out down Mcolluh Homes, and you get the occasional yuppie or bohemian white person walking thru there every once in a while... Nobody bothers them. nikkaz definitely get shot over there tho quite often.
