As a white man, what can I do to help stop black inequality?

Dude I am gonna be honest with you. We need folks like you to infiltrate the system and try to change it to help us economically. If we can gain economic wealth that helps.

Something just as simple as getting in corporate America moving up the ladder which you can do because there is no glass door for you and then hiring black folks. Think if you went to work in silicon valley for a large company and moved to a VP position where you have 4 directors and 10 managers under your position that you manage. Then you hire lets say 2 black directors and 5 black managers and tell your managers that you want them to hire blacks and to not be afraid of retaliation if they hire as many blacks as they want.

Man you know how many black lives you could change by doing that. Then work that VP position for 5 years and go to another company doing the same thing. Or bring those same black directors and managers with you and tell them to do the same thing at the new company you are at. Not only that but before you bring the black managers over you tell the black directors to hire black folks to replace those black managers that are leaving for the new job you are going to.

See this shyt what I explained is what whites do with each other in management and other positions. This is why they can build wealth and always have access to jobs. Where as black folks don't have this access because we have no one on the inside helping us. Not only that but corporate America is only gonna give a few black folks an opportunity and when they put caps on how many blacks they can hire and help.

There's a couple of things i want to address with the bolded. First I think we are all glad you went "renegade" with the mentality black people are useless. No room for dead weight.

Second black people have shown that we Don't need cac assistance to build up communities and movements but white people have demonstrated over the years that black independence scares them and they have this sense that it will threaten their way of life, thus have taken measures to prevent that at all cost. For reference look at the garvey, black panther movementss and black wall street as examples. With that said fukk assistance, all we need is true equality, justice and any other inalienable rights afforded to people who are born here. Then watch our people flourish. Black people have been here as long as white people and we are still talking about equality in 2015?? Dont confuse assitance with equal rights.

And lastly just for clarification purposes, tell me are you really using European interactions with Native Americans as a guide on how black people should deal with race relations in this country? How are you going to disregard the fact that their goal was to kill, conquer, and reap the benefits from ill gotten gains while our aim was to just live and thrive without a boot on our necks after emancipation. So of course our methods were goin to be different we weren't trying to as you say "take over"

Well said. This whole mess that black.don't work together is a lie. The difference is when we work together there are always powers and establishments trying to break us apart.
