thats bullshiiit if you aint a diesel dude you aint lifting 225 just like that. Its cool that you could do that but saying you aint a grown man if you dont?
Its not ducktales for the op but it is ducktales to expect that everyone could do it, it depends on your body type, how often you hit the gym, shiit like thatno one in here is claiming anything amazing. if someone came in here saying they benched 405 x 5 then i might have to call ducktales. but besides that, considering this is the sports section i don't really have a problem believing this shyt
so basically off yaself

Personally I use 90 lb dumbbells on the flat bench for reps. My barbell bench is probably in the 230-250 lbs range.
For the average man though, AT LEAST 130 lbs. Anything below that is .
And I'm not talking none of that halfway to your chest, bouncing up and down, over in a second bullshyt.. You slowly lower the weight until it touches your chest and push it back up. A little bounce on the bottom 1/4 of the movement is fair game.
For me to consider someone IN GOOD SHAPE, they must bench at least 200 lbs. For me to consider someone STRONG, they must bench over 300 lbs.
not really, highschool kids can bench 225.
if you are consistant any grown man should be able to do that in a year without looking like a bodybuilder.
if you havent lifted in awhile or ever you will see huge increases in like a month lol
benching dont mean shyt.
Basically
Not everyone lifts weights regularly. Hell most people don't.
Stop saying shyt to big yourself up OP.
yeah because my 185lb claim is such a big deal. i asked for opinions dikkhead, i wasn't stating a fact.
