i'm gonna say 185 is a decent number. i have a friend 5'4 135 lbs. that benches 225lbs so even the smaller guys should be able to get 185 up at some point


I used to bench 275 with 4 reps and 225 x 10 reps. :shaq:




Now, I m like what's the use ? I m not gonna compete and I aint't fighting. Why tearing my bone and my muscles with all that weight ? :rudy:

If ya can't bench your own body weight, then you weak...At my best at age 19, I could rep about 250-260 4x and put up 185 15-20x...12 years later I can probably oinly put up 185 a couple times (I haven't been in the gym in months). getting older is a bytch

you should bench at least your own weight, deadlift at least 1.5-2 times your weight, squat at least 1.5 your weight, at least 15 pull ups

im 156-163 lbs body always fluctuated but i can hit 175 with ease probrably would be more if i start eating more meals
